We had an amazing weekend away from home. the apartment was a total dream , fully loaded with a working kitchen and lovely balcony that caught all the warmth of the afternoon sun. On top of that, I was gifted a lovely surprise present that made our stay feel all the more special. the location couldn't have been better , we were right in the heart of the city where we could easily access all the key spots for our weekend getaway. the icing on the cake was the Netflix on demand , perfect for a cozy night in after a long day out exploring.
The price. It was slightly higher than we had originally budgeted but in the end, we could see why.

We had a fantastic stay here, mainly because of the friendly and accommodating staff who were willing to wait for us despite our late arrival. The hotel features were modern and upmarket, with a beautiful garden that added to the picturesque views. The location of the apartment was also excellent as it was close to Mercy Hospital, making it easy for us to commute. Additionally, the apartment was well-appointed and clean, with excellent heating and comfortable beds that made us feel at home.
Not one thing was negative about this place.

The apartment at Shetland Court Apartments was cozy and felt like a home away from home. With its fully equipped kitchen, I was able to cook my own meals and save money. The individually decorated guestrooms were charming and had everything I needed, including a microwave and LED television. I especially loved the upstairs apartments with their balconies, perfect for enjoying the fresh Dunedin air. The private bathroom with a shower was a nice touch too.
The only thing I didn't love was the shower pressure, but that's just me. Others may find it perfectly fine.

We recently stayed at an apartment in Dunedin for medical treatment and found Shetland Court to be the perfect choice. the location was quiet and picturesque, with easy access to the hospital. the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated, bright, and impeccably clean. It provided all the comforts and amenities we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and high-speed wifi. having the charming Roslyn village just a short drive away was a fantastic bonus, with its great restaurants and supermarket. We would highly recommend Shetland Court and would definitely stay here again in the future. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😞.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the modern and clean appearance of the property. The friendly staff member was also a plus. We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and a large shower with excellent water pressure. the free and fast wifi came in handy.
On the negative side, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were quite thin. It was also difficult to find the property's location, and the price was a bit expensive.
